It's a mile to the SunRail commuter train station, a short drive to two different corporate hubs: Maitland and Lake Mary, even closer to a large regional hospital, and the neighborhood is seeing quite a bit of rehab and development.

That would be due to demand, younger professional crowds flocking there , city life and tech hub.

It was really updating with the new campus' around but I always considered it a nice suburban hub between Escondido and Vista.

There is a business model referred to as a HUB which too is unmanned so long as the packages don't need to be signed.
