Those can just be cleaned/polished with paste wax.  

sanding and re-varnish or clean a b day polish?

Im 20, so i think i need to be more polished and overcompensate over the average agent so they can trust me more. ive been practicing my scripts and feel like im doing a pretty good job on my appointments, but obviously something isnt clicking.any suggestions?
