We're just completing one now where we originated the concept and an architect polished it.

Thoughts on Polish Hill?

I remember some of the earlier ones weren't as good/polished (sub-30 episodes).

My family and I currently live in this home and are polishing a few things to get it rent-ready.

What seems like a simple project can quickly get out of hand or you won't get the same polished look compared to someone who does this for a living.  

I also bought a $100 wet tile saw and some diamond abrasive pads to polish the edges.

New Braunfels has a much more polished city plan and code department.

The polish will help convince them that they want to do so.

The danger is that you will regularly learn the tip of a subject from a polished speaker and it almost always sounds amazing.
