To confirm or deny that, we'd need a physical address to review the specific comps/neighborhood/rental comps.

If someone refuses to allow us to copy an ID so the police can have a lead to go on when our bodies are found in a ravine off of I4, then it's not worth the risk for us to show the house. 

And all that with very little risk, because you are physically there to make sure everything is well.

How do I accept rent electronically, so I don't have to collect physical checks?

So I kept looking for a local program near my area, And this is when I found the Flip Coach program by Ryan Kuhlman, I actually went by his office to see if they had physical presences here in south Florida.

@Jonathan Reitnauer There is a certain amount of randomness that comes from the circumstances - there are only a handful of buyers physically present and the sale happens without onsite due diligence.  

I have one active right now.It may need a physical address, not just a parcel number.

Here's how I do my due diligence:1) Portfolio matching: (takes 30 seconds per deal)a) Have an educated opinion on where I think we are in the real estate cycles (financial and physical market cycles)b) Then and only then do I pick the strategies, capital stack, and specialized asset subclasses that make sense for that opinion.

You as a tenant can't be governed by rules that were written by a licensing body to govern their licensees.
