Does anyone know if it’s possible to outfit your primary residence with Solar Panels and to use the excess electricity for multifamily investment properties spread in a given area?

I'm sure you all know that it's hard at best to find reasonably priced and reliable outfits. 

They want $1000 and have one or two options for anything similar to what these outfits are using. 

Your best bet will likely be a local credit union, or small bank, who understands your market better than national outfits ever could.

I'm finding that BRRR HM loans can be risky if you are not getting 50% of the ARV.....yes that sounds impossible, however there are some HM outfits out there that can help you out with the funds you would need at the county steps....Zeus being one of them.  

They will usually be the larger outfits and have a longer record of being in business. 

The really big outfits probably aren't interested in you.

I invested through a Turnkey outfit run by a former work colleague.  

I had visions of Boston Legal on my mind when I received my real estate license thinking I'm going to work for some big real estate outfit and they will supply me with the clients they want represented.

I will get the names of a couple journeymen or apprentices who have their own truck and maybe a two man crew - can do the work for 50% less than a typical outfit.
