Apartment Building Repair Contractor

I have an 80 unit apartment complex (9 buildings) in Moore, OK that is in need of exterior repairs/paint and am looking for contractor recommendations.  I'm sure you all know that it's hard at best to find reasonably priced and reliable outfits.  I am currently working with 1 company where they have done some work for us but they are a bit un professional and extremely slow to get me estimates.  Scope of work is dryrot repairs to fascia, siding and trim with some masonry repairs (mostly brick buildings) and exterior painting.  TIA!
