I generally say to figure nominally $2k per year.Some brokerages will expect that you take shifts at the desk and usually have to show up for meetings and training sessions.

You will still need hazard insurance even if your property is owned by an LLC, so why not just pay nominal premium to include as much liabllity coverage as your insurer will allow.
