Comments here are not private conversations, rather to a national membership, HUD governs sales and rentals of all residential properties in the country to some extent and will be a basis for many determinations made locally.

I see the same thing at a private golf club, (you can only join now if someone dies and the heirs sell the membership BTW) go to the bar and listen to the trash talk and not only would you understand that not only do we have our upper class, the chance of you joining is very, very slim, yet these people (the 47%) still try to identify with them and vote against thier own best interests.
