Good Morning AllI am still working on transitioning from an active real estate investor ( SFR portfolio ) to passive investing.I have invested in one MF syndication with Vanamor in California.I flew down and met with the principal and toured the property and a numbe r of comps.Bobby was great and I am hopeful that it will turn out great.Now I have to place more $$ in January and was hoping to get feedback from members on a couple of syndicators.1,Sunrise Capital Investors  (Kevin Bupp ).Mobil Home Park funds.2.

I took a few years out of work to take care and spend time with a family member whp passed, so I have only been working for a year now.

To clarify, my banking model for the Series is to hold accounts for each series member. 

I found Bigger Pockets and have been seeing the success of members.

Will they require all members or just one?  

For this deal my family member would like to loan us the money to go towards this next property rehab. 

I'm starting to look for team members so I know exactly what blocks to stay away from.

And when I was doing aheroshome.org and doing 1 hour consultations to BP members for a donation to our Charity..
