Every county in the state of Florida is required by Florida statue to follow the state guidelines for general contractors, or other state licenses.

We are okay based on the statue of limitations laws in Ohio.Debt has been sold multiple times, but all paperwork is in line, including original note and mortgage.Borrower has refused a $10,000 cash for keys offer.I was very surprised that they want to contest.

Just because there is "no statue" does not make it legal to enter without notice.

As I mentioned, with a month to month agreement you can give notice of non-renewal (again your lease agreement should state the number to days notice required - minimum by statue is now 21 days). 3) Generally speaking I would not retain one tenant while letting another one go.

My laminate floor installer took initiative and installed a marble threshold (he was installing laminate in hall) before 1/4" could go down in the bathroom. 

MN law does have a statue on that matter and the penalties are steep.
