I know what my ideal life looks like in ten years, unfortunately, I don’t feel like I can have my ideal life now because I am having to stay in the state that I am in until we can move without risk of my husband losing custody of his child, which will be in about 10 years so believe it or not I do spend a lot of time thinking about what I want the future to be like.

I would check and see how many 1 bed and 2 bed options there are and what they are priced at because most folks will prefer the full place to themselves so rooming 2 people together could make getting bookings a bit more difficult (not always the case but something to consider)

Now I know there are an army of people that are going to tell me that I should have done my own screening of the public records, and all I can say is I know.

Every day I mark how many calls to leads I made, how many people I contacted (and was it email, call, text) from my database/past clients....how many social media posts I answered or made, etc.I don't know if that's automating, but every week I can quickly see how much of each money generating thing I did.Do you use Google Calendar?

I focus on mid-grade quality items that are durable and pleasant to use yet not so nice that people are tempted to swipe them and are then expensive to replace.

To me the only thing that is working now is partnering with people who have their own salaried teams.  

@Nina Erlandson I have not used them before personally but I work in the insure-tech space and know some people there.

Investing always looks scary I don’t wanna lose money. my monthly payments are 3k including taxes I am in NJ so property taxes on an acarage house is still high Investing can be scary.
