I have investors who never saw their property in person for almost a whole year or more because they have the right team in place.

Hence I am staying  away I had a different experience and the advisor I worked with sent me the numbers right away whenever I asked.  

I think it really depends on where the home is at, the condition, etc that may help you make the right decision.

If it's right there in the initial listing they can't come back and complain about it later.
