I continue reading books on strategy, leadership, psychology, philosophy, history, and business to this day.Some people may be highly educated and have a head start, but I will take the book worm and life long learner all day if you are playing the long game.

I’m a quick learner and I’m looking for a mentor for some guidance.

Many learners under mentors like Pace have successfully applied the 'Subject To' (Sub 2) method without needing to resort to a second mortgage.

Since most of us are visual learners and the simple act of surrounding yourself with successful investors is very helpful, live events and even coaching courses are very useful.

My advice, try getting everything you need free as a learner. well, it has been working for me so far!

Hello everyone and the Biggerpockets Community, My name is Lenny Castaneda in my late teens Based in Southern California, Inland empire, I am here to ask for help on who can help me with finding or getting a mentor or a company where I can work at as a assistant or intern whatever position is possible all the help is very appreciated I have no experience in the real estate world just some knowledge of it but I am here asking for help because I want to expand my knowledge in the real estate world and also get experience in it I am a quick learner and very very motivated to learn and I want to become an investor in the future, But if anyone knows or is willing to help me find a mentor or company to help me I can help you and also for me to get on the right track in my real estate journey and learning through it, A mentor would be a big help for me, thank you all who read and to those who can help me, regards Lenny Castaneda.
