When they came out to install it everything was laser scanned then 2 weeks later came back for the final install.

There are a few things I caught that may have possibly been missed by my GC such as not having an outlet for the above the stove microwave, some support beams in the attic were cracked and had to be reinforced, and making sure the location of the dryer vents were higher up due to it being stacked washer/dryers.

Hi AlI am originally from Miami, there is a boom in the Doral area, but there seems to be a lot of competition, the west coast of south Florida is beaming and ready for an expansion, most of the people concentrate on the east coast from West Palm Beach down to Miami.

If you are set in virtual wholesaling and really want a step by step way of getting there then I would recommend spending some money and getting a mentor that will give you even more laser focus.
