I do recommend that you find a specialty and a core group of investors who buy that specialty and continually feed that type of deal to your group.

I didn't get it, because I wasn't quick enough.If the agent you have will feed you leads on deals besides their own listings, and will be quick, use them.

I grabbed the feed for one of my blogs.

However, if you're lazy, and just want someone to spoon feed you everything, then Nouveau Riche is perfect.

I guess it's to much to ask for feed back and comparisons from other investors.

I am also seeing people who are upside down, but who can rent the house for more than their payment, decide to rent their personal residence, to feed it until appreciation comes back, and they go buy another house to live in :clap: at the current low prices.

I'm learning more this way than having a buyers agent just spoon feed me the deals and cart me around.The only thing I want an agent for is to ensure the contract is drawn up properly and the offer letter contains all the contingencies to cover my ***.

Just be sure to learn the basics first - successful people are not going to spoon feed you.Good Luck,Mike
