About school, I've come to a conclusion that UH Manoa's architecture graduate program (yes I'm calling them out) is kind of inefficient in helping out students with their needs.

The market is always evolving and Mark is on the Front Lines along with his students.I felt an instant connection to Mark, he truly is concerned about his student's success, not just selling training material.I found Mark's community to be incredible. 

That includes many of the deals created by students of syndication classes (who typically would entice investors with juiced projected returns from creating multiple equity classes...which also generally increases risk).

My point is that having only 1 interconnected space for any kind of socializing is uninteresting to me.

Hardwired and interconnected vs. solely battery operated depends on what municipality or police jurisdiction the property is in, the date of the requirements, the grandfathering rules, and the last time a permit was pulled, which would have probably eliminated grandfathering.
