@Paul LaSpinaI think there is some confusion in this thread because of the incorrect use of certain terms.LLC is a limited liability company and the owners of the LLC are called members.

 If the property is in a TNZD,  that information is incorrect.

I will however admit that suggesting you will not survive may be incorrect, and selling is likely not in your plans.I will solidly hold to my opinion there is absolutely no place in business for emotions and you may still face a rough road ahead regardless of your past experiences.
