@Curt Davis I might have used the term turnkey inappropriately.

The price your realtor is asking for is exorbitant for tenant screening and inappropriate for placement.It seems your realtor is trying to grossly overcharge you. 

I'd hafta ask you too many private questions for this public forum, which would be inappropriate.

They have all but accused me of inappropriate relationship with the city Manager & have gotten Tv & newspapers foaming at the mouth to keep this center stage.

I doubt this dog would bite, but with a small child I feel it is wholly inappropriate that she brings her big dog.

Can you have more than 1 realtor searching for deals in the same city or is that inappropriate?  

Theft, vandalism, inappropriate behavior, etc..Bad behavior is FAR more of an issue with Open Houses, when the Prospective Buyer's are unknown to the Agent.

Real estate is a social business, it's not like dealing with personal property widgets, you apply your knowledge to solve problems, not create them by inappropriate strategies that you try to make a situation fit into.
