Where to invest

Hello,

I am 30 and I have about $100k inside a trust that I can invest. The trust will be in place for the next 10 years. The trust will own the assets for the next 10 years and it approximately $100k per year will be added to the trust during this time. Taxes on any gains from investments will be paid by the family member who set it up until the money is mine (10 years).

My question is where would you invest it? I currently own a small apartment building free and clear and have approximately $150k in retirement accounts in the market. I have an opportunity to buy into a large multi-family complex for $100k which will pays about 8% per year (pro-forma). Any advice/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
