They give 3 three year forbearances-1 for if one did not find employment or underemployment in the job they were expecting, another 1 for similar financial hardship if their salary is under a certain threshold, and another 3 years for any no particular reason if requested.

when i worked for a syndicator back in the late 80s and tax reform hit.. they had all sorts of problems which eventually took the entire company down and they had over 250 different partnerships ( different buildings apartments senior housing MHP shopping centers land development the land development was what I was employed to work on.).And this was prime Northern CA real estate Bay Area and Sacramento..

PM company did not send me an eviction report.I got my report from running background check on the tenant with her first and last name and cross-referenced it with the info the management company provided me about her employment and other info.

Go to school and finish “ No Quitting” One went to college and graduated, with no debt because they worked all through college and applied to enough scholarships to make your head spin.One left home early and found consistent employment currently a young supervisor( now married with kids)The last one stayed home like first one got a trade in the electrical field (graduated).Then I told them no outside debt, you are getting houses.
