Tomorrow's my birthday so I thought what better way to celebrate than to introduce myself to other like-minded folks wanting to conquer mountains in Real Estate.

If you have an investment thats doing its job, celebrate it... and if you need to wait a few years before pulling money out. 

I have one owner who doesn't decorate and ironically he's very Christian and celebrates himself.

And the big money came in  Silicon valley billionaires  celebrities and just folks that were very wealthy and wanted this dream of making wine.As it relates to real estate Dave Del Dotto if you recall him he was one of the first TV real Estate pitchmen like a Carleton sheets.. he did his shows from Honolulu with Bikini clad babes..

Take the strongest applicant you have, who meets or exceeds all your criteria, and celebrate the fact that you're attracting such a strong tenant.Worrying is really overrated...just doesn't solve anything and sucks the joy out of life.
