Newbie from San Francisco here to learn and share

Hey BP,

Born, raised and bought a house here in San Francisco. Tomorrow's my birthday so I thought what better way to celebrate than to introduce myself to other like-minded folks wanting to conquer mountains in Real Estate. I've rented out the bottom half of my home; it's a semi-hack and PITI is still a beast. I'm an advisor by training and profession, but humbled by how much I've learned (and unlearned) from this community in just a few weeks. I'm hoping to start small in BRRRR within 12 months and look forward to the journey with BiggerPockets by my side!

Congrats on the house! Buying in the Bay Area can be like conquering a mountain itself! Welcome to the community :)
