In asking around at a local BP meetup for information, I had another investor I've known awhile mention wanting to possibly do the same thing with me for BRRRRs, so now my need for understanding is two-fold. 

To do so, my next plan is two fold: one, I want to change careers for higher income (to qualify for bigger loans) and something related to real estate so I can work to learn; and two, I want to buy another single family residence or duplex or triplex to increase my cashflow using the BRRRR strategy for buy-and-hold.

Even if you sell at a loss or loose a little money and fold your hand. 

Or someone who will fold like a $2.00 suitcase.If it sounds too good to be true, it just might be.
