Property Buyer Rebate
Hello,
I have recently been informed about Buyer rebate programs by a friend, and I have found them to be quite compelling compared to using traditional agents. I am planning to use one to buy my next investment property, but I am wondering if anyone has any experiences using (and might have a recommendation/can share their experiences comparatively): 1) OpenListings (https://www.openlistings.com/)-1.5% refund, All MLS, CA, WA, TX, IL, 2) OfferHawk (http://offerhawk.net/)-1% refund, All MLS, All US, 3) FlyHomes (https://www.flyhomes.com/buy)-0.4% refund, All MLS, All-cash offer, Seattle, SF, Boston, Portland, 4) Home Bay (https://www.homebay.com/)-0.5% refund, All MLS, CA, CO, FL, Georgia, IL, TX, 5) Reali (https://www.reali.com/)~2.1% refund, Reali-only listed properties, CA, 6) Redfin Direct (https://www.redfin.com/direct), No refund (1.5% discount to seller), Redfin-only properties, All US, 7) Door (https://door.com/)- 1% refund, TX, 8) Trelora (https://www.trelora.com/)- 1.5% refund, CO 9) Glass House(https://www.glasshousere.com/)- 1.5% refund, DC
I thank you in advance for your time and help!
