Chances are, whatever a wholesale guru tells you won't fly with your broker, but as a licensee you can simply act as an agent.

If you do this you may have to fly there.. so only compounding the dollars out of pocket. 

I fly in every two weeks so my schedule is a bit hectic but will make time.

There are plenty of fly by night companies that skip town once they get their deposit.

The only thing you need to start investing is the willingness to learn on fly and be able to talk to people.

And we use dozens of hidden worksheets to do things like formatting reports on the fly, maintaining database info, or performing calculations that are too complex or too cumbersome to include on visible sheets.

I'm also planning to have my brokers from Austin, Dallas, and Charlotte all fly in to present to the group. 

You need to hire a pilot while you learn to fly it.
