What's the most fireplaces you have in an STR? 

After dinner my family and I can sit around the electric fireplace while telling stories of the evil gas industry that was steeped in systematic racism, while we're making gluten-free smores containing ingredients that were sustainably farmed by living wage paid farmers.

Fireplace also received a makeover.

I find that stuff built pre 1900 or so is tougher to work on - stairs are too narrow or don't have the right tread/riser ratio, ceilings are short, floors are pitched, massive fireplaces (again, think New England here - cold winters), etc.Old in your market may only be 20 years though!

My fireplace is cranking, I'm listening to jazz standards, and I'm a pot of coffee deep.

The fire place valve needs to be replaced & a few bricks have to be busted up to get to the valve.

It's a 3/1, in a great neighborhood, has a nice fireplace, hardwood floors and a fairly pretty, level half acre yard and a tiny attached one car garage. 

Although fireplaces are scattered throughout the house, the listing description notes that the hearth in the master bedroom will be especially welcome “for those chilly New England winters” (the understatement of the year).

I even had to rebuild the fireplace so I had it done in a quirky twisted design just to be different.
