My fear, is that I don't know too much about companies like B2R that will do 70% LTV at the 90 day mark.

One of my biggest fears and hurdles is management of the properties. 

@Luis Roel yes i do have an LLC and I agree, hard money, even if I took a larger amount, to me is something that doesn't seem appealing due to the high rates You have some psychological fear of debt....There is actually good debt and bad debt.

I have heard that making mistakes and having fear are pretty normal.  

Turn any fear you might have into something positive.  

By offering them the ability to call and listen to a recorded message describing what you can do for them removes that fear.

While I have the initial fear I am reading about, I am also commited to learning and making this happen.

I have my basics down but I just am in that fear stage to go out and do it myself , I got 3 deals that look nice but I am scared to go at them my selves , if anyone can help teach me I will find the deals and you can keep all the profit I don't care about the money I just want the knowledge
