My mother is very interested in learning more about the power of real estate and how she can get in the game.

The closest comparison would be bourbon street for college age kids, but bourbon street may need to up its game.

Hey David -  Networking with investor friendly agents can be a game changer for sourcing deals, especially when it comes to distressed properties and/or pocket listings.

Others will get financially damaged or emotionally damage and they are out of the game..
