It truly seems like a fantasy but I believe with hard work and dedication I can make it happen, I just need to educate myself about how to create a positive cashflow through real estate investing, that's why I have come here.I know it probably says I live in Riverdale Michigan, but infact I live in Australia, as there was no option for Australian cities I had to put something else.

They will then work their way inwards, getting the details from various areas.A detailed oriented person will likely get so hung up over the details being fantasy, that they might not see the value/concept of the book.

Roy this is not a fantasy story - the abandoned town was sold by the Canadian government for 1CAD to a private investor - this is a fact - it was an abandoned town that had been in permafrost until climate warming freed it.a great deal of the appreciation in local markets is due foreign investors - who come for their financail safety and/or who need to invest a large X amt of dollars to be get the investor visa/residency to stay in Canada - the flight of HK Chinese had started pushing up values in Vancouver as early as the 90s, the influx of Mainland Chinese hasnt stopped.
