So I had to figure out my own way to win at the game, and it has to do with figuring out the quirks in the game and exploiting those holes that the other players don't see.there was a famous case in San Francisco.. there was a strip of land.. in a neighborhood of 3 to 20 million dollar homes.. and someone bought it at TAX SALE got the deed.. then tried to block off access to all those owners and hold them out for a huge payoff.. not sure what happened. but I know my dad ended up with all sorts of strips of land he let go to tax's  and sometime we would get a check sometimes not.

@Kim Hopkins, there is a rather famous AirBnB case (I think in San Francisco) where the renter booked a 30 day stay, established "residency" and then refused to leave.
