Honestly, and this may be an unpopular opinion, but if that paper plant ever shut down, I think Canton would boom as it is the next town over to Asheville and affordable comparably.

Hello All,I am looking to get my property into tip top shape and replace overgrown plants, add pergolas, and just overall just beautify the space.

Its a duplex, in a "C" area of the Renton Highlands near the Renton Boeing plant.

On the exterior, removed all the overgrown bushes from the front and back, cut 2 small trees in front, planted some sod, power wash exterior of the house, and added mulch and solar lights.

@Michael Plante the area I have been working in has just exploded in the last year plus in SWFL. 

The Milo’s tea plant was recently built there, there is a Macy’s distribution center right across from Milos, and a lot of other new construction in and around Owasso.

The folks planted behind those loan officer desks remember it, and the underwriters are all a bit jittery.
