There is some room in the East but it quickly gets environmentally harsh and has Imperial county.I have never been to Columbus (I have been to Dayton - Columbus would be highest on my Ohio cities to visit). 

The property had some minor environmental issues which resulted in the closing taking almost 6 months.

In MN the Hoa actually owns the lakefront of my property because they want to ensure equal access and avoid any environmental Fines.  

If you believe that the pool is located inside the footprint of any possible future structure or addition, it would be wise to go through the local building department and get it demo’ed and re-compacted properly.

Even after paying for a years of insurance, phase one environmental, appraisal and so on...we ended up only having $2100 total out of pocket to close it.

Are you changing the footprint of the shower or is it  just the same size and shape that it was?
