At Christmas we used to do elaborate decorating and had around 20,000 people that would come by.

If you can paint instead or decorate the lawn with nice flowers, landscaping, new door, etc. that might be a more cost effective way to pretty up the place and give more curb appeal.

A bit of space to transport small furniture and decorative items such as plants can be helpful sometimes when you are helping someone list a house.

So a house that has been vacant for 3 months may have a car in the drive way outside decor that was a captured a year ago.

Why pay for lawn care for $100 per month when you can do decorative rock or other xeriscape designs and hire some neighbor kid to spray weeds once a month?
