Hello bigger pockets world hope everyone stays safe,have a question can anyone help me out with any ideas for curb appeal for this new duplex! 

Just looking at your photos, I hate your siding color and think it lowers curb appeal.

They had essentially denied the loan, and collateral, due to a lack of "curb appeal".

You can then file for eviction when the order is lifted and kick these freeloaders to the curb. 

The house has potential, but needs some big improvements in the curb appeal area.

It is a slippery slope if we do not curb it. 

It had great curb appeal and large open rooms.

They ended up in the street with their TVs and pots and pans when the sheriff carried their stuff out to the curb, because the force and history of property law is ultimately not going to reside with those without tangible interest in the property.

You'll miss a bit of curb appeal since the blocks kind of shift between strictly residential, strictly mixed use and then blocks like the one you mentioned that is a mix of both.
