Hi @Sean Leahy - good direction, I've never considered this but now that I think about, whenever I've had some random rental/sale listings I've been approached by brokers who said they represent folks that are part of the insurance company's claim management process (e.g. their house burnt down due to an accident).

I was thinking of starting a rent increase for my 1 bedroom tenant voucher due it being low and well under fair market value(Based on  hud and zip code) but my tenant is in the process of having a caretaker for her disability and getting approved for a two bedroom voucher.

I think the proper way is to "de-wire" the electric boxes, hang the drywall, pull the wires through the holes, reattach wires into the electric boxes and then push the rewired boxes into the hole from the outside in.
