The user interface is clunky, the property advertisement page is very basic, and the ability to do "unique" things is tough.Some of the other services I use are Podio, ISC (for resident screening), Cozy for electronic payments, and rentalapplication.net for online applications (as it was free, but soon to charge). 

Of course, this cannot be a passive endeavor if it is to stay within the confines of the law.  

Would your payment processor (Paypal - Cozy - Venmo - or any other 3rd party processor) go to bat for you or would they just reverse the charges and pull the cash our of your account? 

Does Cozy have a mobile app? 

Compare that list with what Cozy or TenantCloud offer for free. 

I hear Cozy mentioned a lot here.

I have found that the canned applications on the websites (Zillow, cozy, rentprep etc...) do not ask all the questions that I would like to have on my rental application.
