I don't have to supply clean towels and linens and coffee setups and recommend things if they call and furnishings and a lot of headaches that short-term rentals have. it's the difference between gross and net profit.

Ours sleeps 10 and we have 24 bath towels. 2 in each bathroom and the rest in the linen closets.

You'll have a code required head height of at least 7'-6" if you're using the IBC and depending on the depth of the structure, which probably won't be less than 12" (in wood) then you're at an 8'-6" floor to floor dimension.You may get clever and do some split level work.

@Ben Leybovich I have increased it to $500 and the deal is a little tight, but still works.General interior and X terrier maintenance and repairs including the parking lot are linen item maintenance costs.Major building improvements interior, exterior and parking lot would be considered capital expenditures.

In a Kansas summer with the a.c. turned off, the linens dry within a few hours.
