Name for my Branding

I started making YouTube videos and am devoted to build a brand for myself. 

The thing is that most famous youtubers I’ve watched in this industry have their actual names on their social media to BRAND THEMSELVES. Not their companies. It seems like it’s easier to follow an individual person rather than a company for multiple reasons.

1. When it’s a person, there’s more of a connection between you and the people being reached out to

2. If it’s a company account it has to be STRICTLY about real estate and mindset rather than be about general interests. Which limits potential followers

What’s your opinion? What’s a creative way I can make it my name? My names David Petikyan. (Which is taken on all social medias) And maybe I can make it catchy without my entire last name since it would be hard to remember. Sort of like how Gary Vaynerchuck made GaryVee.
