Not having a current green card is probably not a deal breaker (although you'd want to know why this didn't happen, and when the last one was issued), but having the city believe it is, say, a 3 or 2 family, certainly is (the effort you'll go through to convert this to a 4 family, if possible, will be a lot).

Masshousing has a max income limit, if you're buying a multifamily they include the rental income in this calculation which can be a deal breaker if there are two income earners.

They all noticed me that as well as my contractor and said he can remove it.So two questions:1) Do you think because there was a mold history to the property would be a deal breaker to the buyers?

On my Certificate of Disbursements the money went to the foreclosed and this is the one with the assignment. and the one that said satisfied is the bank that i see as the second "upon that certain property situated in said state and County Herby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said mortgage, and surrenders the same as canceled ,and herby directs the clerk of the Circuit Court to cancel the same of record .maybe just to take it of record ?
