Revenge is for suckers, its not worth the aggravation. 15 years ago I had 15 rental properties and life was going well, we were making a small amount of money and then the "Cash for Keys" program kicked in and my "partners" who were doctors decided to sit on their hands and not fund the business in the shortfalls, the wife was only selling 2-3 million a year and I was making enough to cover our own household.

If the animal is a nuisance, the landlord may remove the animal through legal means.While you cannot charge a “pet” fee because a ESA is not considered a pet, you can charge for damages caused by the ESA.Further, the ESA certificate must be from a licensed MENTAL HEALTH doctor or facility that includes the patient’s diagnosis (Which is weird to me since one cannot inquire about the health condition of a person who requires an actual service animal, and HIPAA regs prevent such disclosures.)

If they are allowed to do it for pay, it's safe to assume that the LO can lawfully do it for no pay.Pragmatically, LOs and Realtors gossip, no different than doctors and nurses, or whatever other metaphor you prefer.
