See if it chills out over the next year.

Our attorney advised us to chill and wait till the bank starts to sell the properties individually    Our goal is to own the properties in packages 1&2 or all three packages with clear title. 

He wants to chill out with his million bucks (minus taxes).I do find it a little curious that he is willing to take a million dollar payout and take the huge tax hit.

He does not need an OHIO D class property throwing off fake $150 a month.He needs to Chill.   

Just wanted to say every trailer park ive been to has looked very bad i mean it is very duable if that is a must since my parents bought plenty and rented them out they kept using same stucco and roof guy fir everyone trailer they bought but they is one trailer park in broomfield colorado off of 120 and it is very clean like the neighborhood i live in upper arvada area it is almost spotless you might see random beer can from you kids but it is almost spotless i was raised not live in one but i would definitely live in thos i had a girl i was talking to we would chill and hang out it was quitter then where i was and i felt alot better walking around the trailers then my own neighborhood 

I did some projects around the house, chilled a bit, cooked a lot (I has now a stay at home husband with a working wife) and then decided that watching daytime TV and watching rents come in was not very fulfilling. 

That was such a chilled out place to live when I was there.

If he was going to cripple or maim you ,he likely would have done it by now so chill out 

@Brian CorbettA good criteria I try to live by when crap like this comes up is ask yourself two questions and the answer will be self revealing 1- is tenant trashing my property 2- is tenant paying rent If your getting your money and the property is not being damaged then I’d chill out and not do anything that would cause a vacancy

(Preferably within 15 minutes of any major hospital in Omaha)As far as wind chill, we actually lived in Rochester, MN for just over a year at my first job as a nurse, so bring on the cold baby!
