Enfield is the next town to the south and with MGM opening an $800 Million Casino in Springfield, people are flooding there for jobs.  

They can even ask friends to water plants while deployed or stop and feed the cat while the tenant is spending a night at the casino.

They are enthusiastic though, aren't they.

Hot Springs doesn't really have a whole lot going for it except for the Oaklawn horse racing / casino resort expansion.

will the market value increase or decrease with the casino there?

The casino being built in Bethlehem probably helped a lot with all of the growth.

Lol   That shoud really speak up for my serious intention to succeed as a real estate investor and reach my goals mainly in BRRR and Flipping houses.I am new to real estate investing and look forward to meet other enthusiastic investors, advisers, contractors, mentors, agents, etc.. to learn and expand in new field!

Oh, one last thing: there's a tribal gaming casino planned to be built in the southmost-central portion of the city which people take as a great benefit or the end of the world, depending on how you feel about gambling and/or money. :)
