If more investors actually improved their property to the point that it becomes the best home on the block in the Class D community, they would attract a great tenant and will help uplift a community starving for reinvestment in the process.  

I can assure you the employees involved in trying to help are good people that were doing their best to try and help solve the problem and didn't have any malicious intent.

I’ve had a similar situation where one tenant blocked off about an acre of a property preventing the other tenants from accessing it.

In my experience the fire wall between town homes is usually constructed using concrete block. 

Where else can you get a home with a pool a block from the beach under $500k?

We know there are other STR owners blocks away from us and theirs opportunity to meet them as well as other business owners?

They are made with the same ingredients, from tow different restaurants on the same block.  

Using Google Streetview (image capture 07/2022) to virtually drive the block, shows 5 vacant properties, one of which is significantly fire damaged.
