I was not familiar with the area but did some quick research and knew that it could be in the path of progress, especially with a new Tesla battery-manufacturing plant less than a mile away.

Rumors has it that it would be Hutto or Taylor Tx since those 2 were in the running for the 5 billion Tesla battery manufacturing facility which eventually went to Nevada.
