The 2nd unit has a cracked bathtub (owner admitted over the phone) so whenever the tenant would take a shower or bath the water would drip down in my unit.  

I had to replace a bathtub in one property.

We viewed the other side at a later date and found at that time that the fiberglass bathtub in that unit has a puncture hole.

I have two open evictions in other buildings and wouldn’t mind filing again, but the problem is the courts are so backed up, I haven’t even gotten a date for a May filing, which sounds like could be over a year from now.coincidentally, the non-paying tenant’s bathroom bathtub broke, we tore up the floors and there is heavy mold.  

Both bathrooms need flooring, toilets, vanities, sinks, mirrors and bathtubs or showers.I researched costs and came up with 30-45k to finish the house.  

You can install a $5k shower or a $400 bath tub, or vice versa.

Hi Chicago Investors,I'm fixing up my Lincoln Square 3-flat and noticed a sloping issue today with all of my bath tubs.

Got a tenant that moved into a rental property early December, seemed nice and friendly, had good references and clear background.Since she moved in it's just constant complaints and has some form of anger issue, some I understand and I got fixed like the bathtub pipe was leaking and the fridge wasn't keeping temp.

No matter how well a tile floor was done, it wasn't meant to hold water like a bathtub.
