Since I'm House hacking, that means I pretty much see my tenant on the other side daily... my job and the activities I engage it don't call for me to DRESS in business casual so it kinda forces me to dress more so athletic, (joggers, vans, basketball ball shorts, snapback hats etc) every now and then when I can I'll dress up with some chinos and a polo.

You'll see tons of posts where people say they have direct contact with the bank and buy directly from the bank but that's more urban legend than reality.

For any ability, from public speaking to basketball to real estate investing, the population lies on a bell curve of talent.  

But if you really want to give a tangible gift in the meantime, I love getting basketball box seat tickets, gift cards to fine dining restaurants/steakhouses, or wine/hard alcohol.

I am helping sell my moms commercial property in Corona California we are listing it at over a million dollars so I wanna make some good moves on the basketball court!

Another thought would be the northern tip of orange would probably be a great place to have one as you have a ton of great things going for you that would maintain year round occupancy such as disneyland, anaheim convention center(perfect str draw), Angel stadium( which also hosts things like motocross and the sort which people like having more room if they are from out of town), the grove(a music venue), The block(a large outdoor mall and attraction center),and The honda center(hockey/basketball center which has hosted a lot of college tournaments and has year round large scale concerts and events).  

You will need enough allies to take over the board in the next election or the one after that, depending on how many seats are open each time.Just as people with bad dogs think it's no big deal to have their dogs destroying property, barking and creating fear in neighbors, many people who own commercial vehicles, trailers, unused portable basketball hoops and junk cars have no appreciation that other people don't like their stuff and don't want to look at it.
