Whichever one you like best, work with them and have the other 2 on standby for when your primary attorney is on vacation, out sick, having a baby or whatever reason they may be unavailable for you.

I am seeing more and more probate deals as Baby Boomers, like my parents, pass away and leave property to their adult children.

My wife also works and when she does it means I'm home with my daughter so I need time to line up baby sitting with grandma before I can help out.    

Hopefully they have cars and phones and clothes they can't afford like normal renters and will correct their consumeristic behavior, allowing them to qualify within 24 months.

And it's been a couple of years and two babies since then.
