I would like to know how you do it.Hmm, ok, takes that idea out then- I was thinking that maybe the algorithm had already started optimizing for people who were similar to your early leads, and so also Spanish speaking. 

This would hopefully cover checkouts/cleaning, cross-platform utilization, pricing algorithms etc.

I believe it's all algorithms on when to re-list lower.

Real estate can not be reduced to algorithms or simple calculations however the numbers do still have to make sense on the deal or it’s no deal at all .

So through algorithmic equations (which are public, not private) which are used to verify the validity of transactions, the public can have a currency that is not tampered with by governmental means.

Algorithms cannot differentiate.

as a realtor, I can tell you that even any human being, especially if they understand where the market is / is heading (and with what velocity) + when they can interpret the comps, will price property MUCH more accurately than any of the algorithms on the consumer web sites, such as zillow, redfin, etc.

In essence, the underwriter will be told that the applicant was unduly denied the appropriate amount of credit by the CC’s algorithmic processing system.
