Auction vs buying pre-forclosure
Interested in opinions on whether its more fruitful to attempt to make deals on properties pre-foreclosure or if it is better off too purchase in auction when the bank is trying to sell it? May be a dumb question, but my gut seems to think the bank will let it go for much less than someone who possibly still owes a majority of the home's value? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.
