Can I sign an agreement as a consultant and marketing adviser to over passed the RE licensing thing?

Hello all,Those of you self managing, how do you send your rental agreement?

If the latter, there are lenders out there that will use your actual rental rates as long as you have lease agreements, 2 months of rental receipts, and the actual rent is within 20% variance of the market rents on the appraisal.

Like do I need agreement, or some type of protection in place?

If the lease agreement does not define or limit the rent increase, consider all relevant factors and make a decision. best wishes.

According to our lease agreement, the lease "ends at 12:00 noon on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024.

Overall, here are my thoughts: When it comes to a realtor: - Someone that at least owns rental properties- Treat a showing as an interview - sign a short term buyer / property specific agency agreement with them.

If there's a material issue with the property, it's not going away if you cancel your agreement, they'll have to deal with it for the next buyer, too. 

We are in agreement that my moving into the apartment is a huge contribution but don't know how to factor it into the deal.
